The real Oktoberfest may be cancelled, but Moktoberfest lives on. Initial details below, more will be worked out once we know how many people are coming.
When: October long weekend, from afternoon Friday 2nd to Monday 5th.
Where: Property is at Wyberba, about 30km south of Stanthorpe, right beside Girraween National Park, about a 3-4 hour drive from Brisbane depending on traffic, road works, number of stops, etc.
Possible activities (COVID-19 dependent): Beer drinking, visits to Granite Belt Brewery, Brass Monkey Brewery, Possum Lane Hops, wineries, bushwalking.
Provided: Dinner Saturday (German sausages, rolls etc) and Sunday (wood fired pizzas). Nibblies.
Required: Beer. Swag/tent/car to sleep in. Camp chair. Warm clothes. Breakfast, lunch, specialised pizza toppings or nibblies. Plate, mug, beer glass etc.
Available: Water, shower, dunny, power, gas BBQ, firewood. There may be some fridge space.
